Please alert your finance person who has the authority to make payments from your church/charities bank account, please do pass this information to them as soon as possible.

We want to give them notice of a change coming up and to look out for an email link they will receive from our “Sage” accounting system.

Direct Debit Facility now available

Last year we changed our accounting system, and you may recall we gave you new banking details which appear on your invoices.

We are now able to offer bill payment by direct debit. It would be very helpful to us if you would consider payment by this means and it will also make it easier for yourselves too. You will receive your invoice as usual, but you won’t need to pay us manually. You will also be issued with a monthly statement if you have a non-zero balance.

Over the next few weeks, we will be emailing all our customers with the direct debit link, but we wanted to let your treasurer know what the email will look like, so when it arrives in their inbox they will be expecting it.

The email they should expect will come from “Sage”, it willappear just like the message below 👇 together with the GoCardless mandate link.

If they are happy to, please authorise Direct Debits on the link in the email and complete the information. If there are any questions, please contact us.
