REQUEST A DBS PORTAL UNLOCK

Passwords must be reset every 60 days. This is an extra security feature to keep your data safe.

If you find you are locked out of your account please fill in the form below giving us your name and the name of your church. It can sometimes take up to 24 – 48 hours to reset

DBS Portal Unlock

If you haven’t logged into the portal for over 60 days or changed your password within the same timeframe then you won’t be able to request a new password until you have had your portal unlocked, this is a security feature
