TRAIN THE TRAINER- INVESTING IN YOUR OWN PEOPLE
At CSS, we want to empower and equip churches in all areas related to safeguarding. One of the unique ways we have developed to do that is for you to train you own volunteers. We call this our Train the Trainer programme.
Train the Trainer is for any church or faith-based organisation preferring to have safeguarding delivered in house by someone in your own organisation.
Through the programme, we will train, coach and mentor the trainer so they are ready to deliver training within your church or organisation. We provide all the materials needed for that training including PowerPoint Slides, handouts, case studies and access to an eLearning module. These materials are updated and automatically sent out to your trainer every time there is a change in legislation or guidance.
You may have someone capable of presenting to an audience but who needs additional coaching or support to be able to deliver training. Or, perhaps you have someone with experience in safeguarding or statutory services but is unsure how to train others. Train the Trainer can be the ideal solution for this.
Many of our customers have found this unique approach to be a cost effective and flexible solution for their church or organisation.
COST
The cost of this package is £360.00 plus VAT which includes
- Full online training for one candidate
- Comprehensive elearning module
- Ongoing mentoring and coaching support
- Full resources for all your own in-house training
- Regular updates
- A 12 month licence to deliver training with your organisation only
- Train up to 25 people
- There is an additional cost to the annual licence if training more than 25 people
There is also the option to add an additional trainer at the same time for £180.00 plus VAT
In order to continue as a trainer, your licence needs to be renewed each year for a minimum of 3 years. The annual licence is £180.00 plus VAT

* There is an additional £6 plus VAT per user licence fee (per user) for over 25 people for the elearning part of the course.
