Starting the DBS process with us is as simple as filling in the form below.

Before you start you need to have a safeguarding policy in place which includes sections on working with ex-offenders and the storage, handling, use, retention and disposal of data.

I understand that digital ID checks are an optional extra at £5.40 each. I also understand that we will be charged £5.40 for each digital ID fail (please make your applicants aware of the need to ensure their ID information matches the details in the DBS application form ) *

CSS is not responsible for any errors that are made during administration by the customer and CSS will pass on any charge to the church in rectifying an error. This includes incorrect role descriptions and volunteers/paid workers at your inital set up of applicants. You are charged for returned DBS's where there are errors on the application form. *
