DBS Certificate Reprints

If one of your volunteers doesn’t receive their certrificate within 14 days from the despatch date, they can apply for a reprint.

This guidance advises when the DBS can and can’t process a reprint and provides the reprint form for Stanard and Endhanced DBS checks.
