Learning Reviews
At CSS we are able to support churches/ charities in helping them to embed safeguarding and to learn from situations churches may have found challenging. All of our consultants have experience of working within the social care, police, health, early help, education sectors and bringing with them a vast wealth of experience of church.
Learning review can be a complicated process as can culture review, these take time, having someone external can bring a perspective that can sometimes be really helpful in aiding a church to move forward.
Learning Reviews – A learning review is conducted after a situation has arisen and been dealt with. e.g allegations against a person or leadership.
Costs – We would scope a piece of work with the church leaders. They are the commissioners of the piece of work. Once scope and cost is agreed, then the work would commence.
Culture Reviews – These reviews take into account feedback from across the whole of the church membership, including leaders and potentially ex members.
Costs – as above.
