Advice, Consultancy & Support
Our packages have various options included , such as discounts on training, DBS's processed for **free and discounts on the annual membership fee for some organisations affiliated to a larger umbrella organisation.
Lots of support is available on our website and via email but sometimes more specialist support is needed. This is why we have our appointment system on our site.
We also operate an advice and support line together with zoom appointments.
From June 2022 this will all change. The telephone and zoom appointments advice & consultancy service will be chargeable and we are currently working towards automation of the charges, so that you pay on booking your appointment.

Access to the DBS portal
There is now a set up fee of £60 if your church is not a paid member of CSS.
Membership and DBS Costs
We are committed to keeping our costs as low as we can for churches and faith-based charities. We understand that costs can sometimes be an issue or a barrier but having professional safeguarding advice and guidance should not be looked at as a cost, but as an investment and form of insurance to ensure that a church can safely continue with its kingdom work. We would recommend safeguarding resourcing be looked at within your church's budget management.

Bronze Membership - free sign up
Silver Membership /£60/*£50 per year

*certain umbrella organisations will receive a membership discount
DBS Costs -
Each DBS costs £8.50 to process (this does not include any charges the DBS makes for basic checks or paid workers checks)
Bespoke pieces of work
Charges for audits, learning reviews and other pieces of work are costed initially by scoping out the work to be carried out, agreeing the scope and discussing with the church or charity.
Policy Review
The cost of a policy review is £150.00. This includes time to read, annotate, track change suggestions and comment on any policy amendments
